"The Gospel offers us the chance to live life on a higher plane..."for life is attained and matures in the measure that it is offered up in order to give life to others." (Pope Francis, The Joy of the Gospel 10)
As a Parish, we are a prayerful community of faith. We are a community of believers in union with the Pope and the Bishop of Spokane. We are called to witness the forgiving, healing and saving presence of Jesus Christ in our sacramental, liturgical and social activities.
As a Parish, we are a prayerful community of hope. We are called to respect all life and to offer hope of salvation for the parish and the surrounding community at large.
As a Parish, we are a prayerful community of love. We are called to respond to the Gospel through the example of our lives. We welcome and serve all who come to us. We reach beyond our parish to meet the needs of people in our neighborhoods and around the world. Each parish member is called to serve our community through the sharing of time, talents and treasure.
We seek to become a community of one mind and one heart in the name of the Father, with His Son, through His Holy Spirit.
