The Letter of James and Matthew's Sermon on the Mount: The Essence of
The Letter of James is one of the least known writings of the New Testament. Yet it is also one of the closest writings the teachings and voice of Jesus. On the other hand, Matthew’s Sermon on the Mount is the most well known of all the writings containing the message of Jesus.
These talks explored the message of both the Letter of James and the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5-7) to show how close their teaching is to each other. These two writings offer a truly authentic witness to the essence of Jesus’ teaching for today. -
